Please download the Boxing, Bars & Bells app which accompanies your health, nutrition and training programme. You will find the links for the App Store and Google Play below.

Your login details will be sent separately but please make sure you have added jamie@boxingbarsandbells.com to your contacts as automated emails can sometimes end up in the junk.

Using this app will enable you to view programmes, coaching, assessments, messages, forms and more. You can video your exercise technique, record results quickly and view messages from within the app.
