Do you have beginners’ classes?

Every class is accessible and achievable regardless of your fitness levels. The beauty of the class structure and coaching experience means you can go at your own pace whether you are a first timer, or seasoned fitness enthusiast.

Can I try before I buy?

Absolutely! Everyone is offered a free class induction before your first free class. This gives you a chance to learn some of the boxing combinations and see how the classes run so that you’ll enjoy your session with confidence. You can even bring a friend to the induction and class subject to space availability.

How do I get my free induction?

Very easily! Click here or send a message on WhatsApp and will be in touch to arrange a convenient time ASAP.

What do I need to know before my induction?

Please arrive 5 minutes early for your induction which will last 45 minutes from the arranged time. You will be shown the studio and equipment. Then at your pace you’ll be taken through the boxing basics and elements of each class that you are interested in, all to make sure you get the most out of your Boxing, Bars & Bells experience.

What equipment do I need?

None! We have everything here including hand wraps and gloves that are cleaned and sanitised after each use. You are encouraged to purchase your own wraps and gloves if you attend classes regularly. Boxing, Bars & Bells can get you discounts on ProBox equipment so please ask for more details.

How do I pay for classes?

You can book your classes directly from the website timetable or by downloading the GymCatch app using the links below. Simply type in ‘Boxing, Bars & Bells’ when asked for your fitness provider and follow us. You’ll then have your class timetable and schedule to hand instantly.

When can I book my classes?

You can book your classes 14 days in advance. If the class you would like to attend is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist and we’ll email you if a space opens up.

How does the waitlist work?

If the class you want to book is full, it’s not over yet! Put yourself onto the waitlist and if a space opens up a message will be sent to all those waiting. You’ll need to be quick, as soon as you receive that notification the first one to book on will secure the place.

Can I cancel my class?

Not going to make your class? Make sure you cancel on the app up to 24hrs before the start of your class and we will return a credit to your account. If you cancel after 24 hours class space will be forfeited. If your spot is filled by the time it begins, your credit will be returned.

How early do I have to arrive for class?

We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts, so you can set up your bike and/or wrap your hands ready for boxing.

It says there is padwork. Will I have to hold them for people?

NO! Boxing, Bars & Bells have a strict policy on padwork. Only instructors hold them for participants. We want you to get the most out of your class, not hold the pads for someone else.

Will there be sparring?

NO NO NO! Boxing, Bars & Bells is totally non contact.

How old do you have to be?

You must be 16 years or older to take part in classes.
