We politely request that you wear trainers that have not just been used for cross country running, gardening or any other muddy activity.
If it’s hammering down outside, it would be amazing if you could bring a pair of dry trainers to change into.
What to bring
Please bring your own water, preferably in a bottle with a straw.
Drinking bottles with lids are cumbersome when wearing boxing gloves…
Having a sweat towel to hand might be useful for some.
A dry hoodie/t-shirt/coat to travel home in.
Hygiene
All equipment is cleaned after each use.
Boxing gloves are sprayed with an anti-bacterial solution after each use. All wraps are washed after each use. Anti-bacterial gel, spray and wipes will be on hand for every participant in every class. Despite these measures, cross-contamination/infection cannot be ruled out.
Regular attendees are encouraged to acquire their own boxing gloves and wraps which can be purchased from the BOXING, BARS & BELLS shop.
If you would like to purchase your own and would like some advice, please get in touch with Jamie on the BBB WhatsApp hotline or jamie@boxingbarsandbells.com
