If you’re looking to burn the calories and bust the booty then this is the class for you!

Bagwork is mixed with lower body conditioning focusing on the hips, glutes and thighs aimed at creating bowling ball bunz of steel!

Sweat Box is a boxing only session where you'll work the bags recording punch count, speed and power wearing the punch trackers.

You will also benefit from one 2 one padwork too!

No, this class isn't where you load data into cloud storage, this class is about Boxing, Bars, Bells & Big Beats!

Boxing is mixed with HIIT where you'll be smashing the slam balls, whirling the battle ropes, hoisting the dumbbells and swinging the kettles.

YOU DO NOT NEED ANY BOXING EXPERIENCE!

Some knowledge of kettlebells, dumbbells and HIIT training will be handy but not essential if you want to take part in the trial classes.
