To enter your measurements on the app, leave this page open and follow the instructions below to enter your data.
From the dashboard, tap the 'Logbook' icon
Now select
'Results Tracking'
Select, 'Body Girth Measurements'
Then, add your results
Now enter your results in 'cm' which are listed in alphabetical order. You can also add notes if needed.
Your results will now be loaded and after 3 entries you will be able to chart your data.
