I specialise in personal training and programming for those age 40 and above.
I work with clients to maximise what limited time they may have to exercise and improve their health, fitness, strength and to manage weight.
In Person PT
Sessions take place at the Boxing, Bars & Bells studio in Lingfield or at your property if you are within a six mile radius of Lingfield. Off-site sessions are 60 minutes.
I offer 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions.

Virtual PT
Virtual personal training costs 20% less than in person, and may suit those unable to come to the studio or who train in different places.
Sessions take place online either in your home or gym via a private zoom meeting. Using your phone or laptop I can see you perform the exercises and coach you live.
For privacy purposes (yours and other users) when training in a gym, your screen will only display a timer which we will be working to.
Should an exercise need visual instruction, I will ask you to watch a demonstration on your device as I am in the studio for all sessions.
Online PT
Training and/or nutrition coaching
Online training is more for the intermediate and advanced trainee that has specific goals and requires a dedicated programme and/or help with weight management.
An important aspect of online training/coaching is regular check in coaching calls. These are to troubleshoot, make you accountable but most importantly, ensure you are guided and supported throughout the process so that your goals are achieved. You can choose between weekly, bi-weekly or monthly check in calls.
Your programmes are stored on a dedicated app that also includes food tracking and uses the world’s largest verified nutrition database with nearly 1 million verified food, restaurant and grocery items. This works alongside a photo food diary, body measurement recording, habit planning and reminders.
Together we assign realistic targets in accordance with your goals which are then actioned, tracked and discussed leading to far higher success rates.
