In an ideal world, we would all get 8 hours + sleep a night, our kids would sleep for 10 hours, we’d have stress free jobs, compliant partners and we could eat and drink whatever we wanted and look amazing!
But, as we all know, our days don’t quite turn out like this but the majority of diets, meal plans, nutrition, exercise and health advice thinks it does.
So, Plan ‘A’ doesn’t work.
And that is where Plan B comes in…
Plan A works around a diet you and your life have to conform to.
Plan B is based on you, the individual and how what you eat conforms to your life.
Plan A tells you what to eat regardless of your life and instructs you to fight emotions and eating habits.
Plan B is a coaching process that guides you on working with and understanding your emotions and eating habits.
Plan A is for 12 weeks and then employs the 'Plan A' maintenance plan.
Plan B is for life...
