Online Personal Training
Personal training by the compound club is an unparalleled exercise solution delivered live online, on demand or programmed through an app.
Bespoke
Programmes are created for men and women of all levels of fitness and experience that utilse everything at your disposal such as your workout space including bands, kettle bells or cardio machines.
Guidance
You will be lead through your programme step by step with the option to either train live or watch easy to follow videos stored on The Compound Club App.
Accountability
Everything will be mapped out for you with a supporting app where you can check in, receive feedback on progess and track results.
Coaching
Coaching calls are weeky or bi-weekly for 30 minutes depending on your needs. Here, trouble shooting and progress will be discussed to ensure you are on track.

I design progressive strength programmes that are easy to administer, only concentrate on exercises that provide the most benefits and will improve your strength, balance, body composition and ultimately your life.
They can be delivered online, face to face, or stored on my app for you to follow.
